Dr. Johnson began her career at Delaware Technical Community College in 2004 holding a wide variety of positions at the college. Since 2017, she has served as the Vice President and Campus Director of Delaware Technical Community College’s George Campus. Dr. Johnson is a member of the Delaware State Chamber Partnership Board and serves as the Chair of the DEMEP Fiduciary Board.

Dr. Moody joined Delaware Tech in 2002 as an instructor for reading, math, and student support courses using educational technology. From there, Dr. Moody has held positions as Department Chair, Assistant Dean of Instruction, Director of Workforce Development and now serves as the Associate Vice President for Workforce Development. Outside of the College, Dr. Moody is active in his community, including as board member for the Dewey Beach Lions Club and board member emeritus for Sussex Academy.

Mr. Ehman serves as the Vice President and Campus Director for Delaware Tehnical Community College’s Stanton Campus. Before the appointment, Dan served as the Assistant Vice President for Business Services. He began is career at Delaware Tech in 1993 as a Program Manager and has since held several positions. Mr. Ehman serves on Delaware Tech’s President’s Council and is the Tresasurer of DEMEP’s Fiduciary Board.

Dr. Anderson currently serves in dual roles at Delaware Technical Community College as the Director for Workforce Development and Community Educations at the Wilmington Campus, as well as the Executive Director of DEMEP. She has been involved in delivering services to meet workforce needs in the State of Delaware for more than 18 years.

Ms. Bassett is currently the Director of Communications and Community Relations for Mountaire Farm, the nation’s 4th largest poultry company. She oversees internal and external communications, social media, government relations and community engagement for Mountaire Farms.

Mr. Quaranta is the the President of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware Manufacturing Association. He has been a staff member of the United States Senate and Chief of Staff to former Delaware U.S. Representative Michael Castle. Mr. Quatanta has previously served on the City Council, Planning Commission and Historic Area Commission. Mr. Quaranta was elected to the office of Mayor in 2019.

Ms. Mitchell is the Director of the Delaware Division of Small Business, where she works each day to make Delaware a better place for small businesses to start, expand and thrive. She leads a dedicated team that focuses on assisting small businesses, attracting new business to Delaware and marketing the state as a tourist destination.

Ms. Erol is the Co-Founder and CSO at Avkin Healthcare Simulation, a manufacturer that creates and provides products that improve the learning experience and training of future healthcare providers. She is a Healthcare Technology Expert with a background in orthopedic prosthetic designs. Amy was the recipient of the Chairperson Award and Outstanding Student Leader Award from the University of Delaware

Mr. Earley is the Senior Director of Engineering & Facilities in Reagent Manufacturing at the Siemens Healthineers’ Glasgow, DE site. He has worked for Siemens for 24 years with varying responsibilities, starting as a Process Control Software Engineer where he developed and installed process improvements and new operations. Jim also is a member of the Site Leadership Team as well as the Consumables Manufacturing Leadership Team. Jim is a Lean Expert, certified as a Project Management Professional as well as a Professional Scrum Master.

Mr. Lawhorn is a Senior Scientist at Advanced Materials Technology, a company who serves the analytical industry as a leader in research and design of high-quality testing materials for scientists around the world. He is a Newark District Councilman, Founding Board Member and Vice President of The Newark Police Athletic League and the Board Vice President of the Newark American Little League.
