Offering Description: Creating and sustaining an organized workplace is the goal of the 5S Visual Workplace course. The training session introduces the 5S’ (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and shows practical examples of how to apply them in the workplace with a number of diverse industry examples.

Included in this training is a realistic simulation in which the 5S’ are systematically applied and metrics obtained to measure improvement. Participants are also given practical tools to help apply the 5S’ in their own workplace.

Who Should Attend: All levels of organization from many service providers and government agencies or departments can benefit from this process. These include administrative, office managers, supervisors, process designers, and other personnel who would directly benefit from increased knowledge of 5S Visual Workplace principles.
