The Driving Revenue Growth program provides you and other key personnel with planning methods, tools and counseling services to help develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive the growth of your business.

Interact with Peers
During group sessions, you not only discuss your marketing and sales issues and develop plans with experienced consultants, but you also interact with your peers from other companies. This exchange of real life experiences and insights is highly valued by participants.

Topics
With the help of professional marketing consultants, you will learn the processes and acquire the tools to develop the following plans and programs:

  • Strategic marketing plan

  • Positioning plan for your business or product

  • Marketing communications plan and program

  • Effective selling plan

The Program
The program consists of one group session each month for five months, plus ten hours of one-to-one consulting services for each participating company.

These services are provided over a period of six (6) months. The one-to-one consulting services will be scheduled at a time mutually agreeable to each participating company and the consultant.

Group Sessions
Following an initial overview of the marketing planning process, the consultants present various planning methods and tools, and explain how you can use them to develop your plans.

Participants apply these methods and tools to their own unique business situations. A representative from each company reviews how their team used the methods or tools, while other participants listen and offer comments and suggestions.

At the end of each group session, participants receive a homework assignment to be completed for review at the subsequent group session.

During the final group session, participants review the progress they made during the program and describe their plan to continue to move forward.

One-to-one Sessions
The one-to-one counseling services address specific sales and marketing issues selected by the participating company.
