Training: The workshop uses a seven-step problem solving method to analyze problems, identify root causes and implement solutions in a consistent and timely fashion. While presenting each of the seven steps, appropriate tools are introduced and explained, and participants will receive hands-on experience using them. This methodology provides a foundation to better prepare problem-solving teams to approach workplace challenges with a consistent and unified approach
