Training: This four day workshop will help you see where your maintenance department would like to go over the next 5 years. Day one will help you develop a condition code evaluation process to evaluate your production and facility equipment. This is for use by Maintenance and Production Managers, to develop an effective capital plan for equipment replacement and upgrading. Day two will help you develop a maintenance skills matrix to evaluate Maintenance personnel in your manufacturing facility, on your equipment. To: 1) develop a training plan for providing focused Maintenance training 2) use for hiring for future maintenance personnel. Day 3 will help you find out what it takes for Zero Equipment Stoppages; within the company and how to develop Lubrication Excellence. On day four you will develop a condition based Preventive Maintenance/PM Optimization & predictive Maintenance. Also, you will develop a plan and schedule to go forward with this maintenance plan for your company.
