Internal Auditing for ISO 9000:2000

This two day internal auditing seminar focuses on preparing inexperienced auditors to successfully and effectively audit any work process against the requirements of the ISO9001:2000 international standard. Based on the background knowledge acquired in the overview seminar trainees learn to prepare for and conduct effective and objective audits which will drive continual improvement within the organization. The emphasis is on planning, professionalism, and obtaining and documenting objective evidence of findings. The goal is not to assign fault but to identify and deviations between documented and actual practice for the purpose of identifying best practice and insuring consistent implementation of the best practice across the organization.

Who should attend: Those responsible for planning, scheduling and/or performing an internal audit program, quality assurance managers, quality assurance professionals, ISO project managers and ISO project team members.
