DRG as a business goal or plan can take many approaches. This program uses a market share expansion and focused market approach. Many people don’t realize that advertising and marketing couldn’t be any more different from one another. Your method of advertising is one thing we will help you to do effectively, but in this marketing approach DEMEP facilitates the development of a plan to use those scarce marketing dollars and hours within your small business as efficiently as possible. You will explore how you price your product, examine your margins to determine which of the things that you do earns you the best return on your efforts. You will “mine” your customer base to see what kind of customers buy those things, and start going after customers that buy what you want to sell. It doesn’t matter if your niche is as the low cost, bare bones, high volume supplier or the high end heavy on bells and whistles and service provider. The goal is targeted marketing so you can choose your customers not the other way around. DEMEP offers DRG in two formats. You can work with us in a group setting sharing training and ideas with people from a variety of companies with a small amount of one on one time. Alternatively, we can work with you to pursue the same goals one on one working directly with you for a more accelerated and personalized business approach.
