This five day seminar prepares the team leader to guide the team through a methodical process of problem solving and solution identification. This methodical approach uses the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) approach with the steps incorporating traditional “Total Quality” tools. This team based approach is designed to insure that problems are clearly defined, root causes are identified and solutions stick. Green belts are team leaders so the course materials focus more on methodology and the hands on “doer” approach and leaves the statistics and number crunching to the Black Belt
